1.Scope of these terms
The parties to a home internet service contract are the customer and the network provider: Triple T Broadband Public Company Limited for 3BB services, and Advanced Wireless Network Co., Ltd. (AWN) for AIS Fibre services. The service agreement, the monthly fee, the contract term and the usage conditions are all set by the provider.
3bbth.com is operated by an authorised sales and service agent for AIS 3BB Fibre3 home internet, agent code 021911. The team provides information and advice, receives applications, carries out an initial document check and coordinates the installation appointment. It is not an official 3BB or AIS website and it is not a party to the network service contract. The agent certificate is available at Agent certificate (Thai page)
These terms cover every package applied for through the 3bbth.com website and through the team channel LINE Official @3bbth. Where any clause here conflicts with the provider terms, the provider terms prevail.
2.Service area check before installation
Before accepting an application, the team checks free of charge whether the 3BB or AIS Fibre fibre network reaches the installation point (a line availability check). Applicants only need to share the location of the installation address through LINE Official @3bbth Staff check both networks and recommend the provider with the best signal in that area. More details are on the coverage check page (Thai page)
- The coverage result is preliminary information from the provider system. Actual installation depends on the on site survey the technician carries out on the appointment day.
- If the network does not yet reach the area, the team will tell you and suggest suitable alternatives, at no cost whatsoever.
- Condominiums, dormitories and apartments require permission from the building owner, the dormitory manager or the juristic person of the project beforehand, because installation may involve drilling a wall or running a cable into the unit. Please also give the project name so the technical team can check that the building is ready. See the condo and apartment internet guide (Thai page)
3.Documents and applicant eligibility
Applicants can send photographs of their documents through LINE Official @3bbth without travelling anywhere. Staff review the documents, report the result in the chat and book an installation date as soon as everything is complete.
Individual applicants
- The Thai ID card of the homeowner, or of a resident whose name appears on the house registration for the installation address.
- If the address on the ID card does not match the installation address, staff may ask for additional proof of address, such as a copy of the house registration or a rental agreement.
- Photocopied documents must be signed to certify them as true copies. The team can show you an example of the signature in the chat.
Companies and juristic persons
- The ID card of the authorised signatory, signed to certify it as a true copy.
- The company affidavit or the Por Por 20 VAT registration certificate.
- A power of attorney if the person handling the application is not the authorised signatory.
- Any further documents required by the provider. You are welcome to ask staff before applying.
Foreign residents
- A passport as the primary document.
- Either a work permit or a residential rental agreement. The rental agreement must be in the name of the applicant and must cover the full contract term of the chosen package.
- Full details in English are on the Apply for foreigners page
* The provider reserves the right to review applicant eligibility and may request additional documents case by case. The team will let you know before submitting the application.
4.Installation fees
Installation costs fall into two cases, depending on whether the address on the Thai ID card of the applicant matches the address where the service is installed.
| Item | Case 1: ID card address matches the installation address | Case 2: ID card address does not match the installation address |
|---|---|---|
| Entry fee and installation fee | Free | THB 800, paid to the installing technician on installation day |

| First monthly payment | 30 days after installation, following the provider billing cycle | 30 days after installation, following the provider billing cycle |
- The THB 800 entry fee in case 2 is paid directly to the installing technician on installation day. It is not paid through the website or to the team.
- The head of household named on the house registration for the installation address is exempt from the entry fee, even when the address on their ID card does not match the installation address.
- No monthly service fee is collected on installation day.
* Promotional conditions are set by the provider and may change. The team confirms every cost in the chat before booking an installation date. The full entry fee refund conditions are in the Refund Policy
5.Appointment and installation day
Booking the installation date
- Once the application and the identity check are complete, applicants choose their own installation date from the calendar in the LINE chat, between 2 and 30 days in advance.
- Two time slots are available: the morning slot from 9:00 to 12:00, or the afternoon slot from 13:00 to 17:00.
- Technicians can usually install within 2 to 3 business days after the application is complete, depending on the technician queue in each area.
- The provider system sends an SMS confirming the appointment date and time, and the technician calls to confirm again before arriving.
What the customer should prepare on installation day
- The customer or an adult representative must be present throughout the installation, with the original Thai ID card ready for checking.
- Decide where the router will sit, close to a power socket, and give the technician access to the cable route from outside into the building.
- For a condominium or a dormitory, prepare the permission letter or notify the juristic person in advance so the technician can enter the common areas.
- Installation takes roughly 2 to 4 hours depending on the type of building and the cable distance. The service is ready to use as soon as installation is finished.
Postponing or changing the installation date
If the booked date no longer suits you, ask to change it through LINE Official @3bbth at least 1 business day in advance and staff will rebook the technician. If the technician arrives and nobody is there to receive them, or installation cannot go ahead, the provider may need to rebook according to the next available slot.
6.Equipment and cabling
The equipment installed (the WiFi 6 Router and any other device included in the package) remains the property of the provider and is lent to the customer free of charge for the whole contract term. The customer is responsible for keeping the equipment in good working condition.
- When the service is cancelled or ends, all equipment must be returned within 15 days of the end date, in full working order. Lost or damaged equipment must be paid for at its value. Details are in the Refund Policy
- A standard installation covers running the fibre cable from the connection point of the provider to the equipment position inside the home, and configuring the Wi-Fi ready for use.
- Work beyond a standard installation, such as extra internal cabling, moving the installation point or additional equipment, is charged at the rate the technician assesses and quotes on site. The customer agrees this directly with the technician before the work begins.
- The model and the quantity of equipment supplied follow the chosen package and the stock the provider holds in that area on the installation day.
7.First payment and billing cycle
- No monthly fee is collected in advance. The first bill starts 30 days after installation, following the billing cycle of the provider.
- The monthly fee follows the package chosen on the application date and is billed by the provider directly, not by the 3bbth.com website.
- Payment channels: the myAIS app (credit card, debit card or PromptPay QR scan), automatic direct debit from a bank account or a credit card, and payment at any AIS Shop branch.
- The home internet number used to log in to the myAIS app and to reference bills begins with 88. If you do not know your number, ask the team through LINE Official @3bbth.
- Upgrading the speed part way through a billing cycle is charged in proportion to the days remaining in that cycle.
* Step by step guidance on getting started, viewing bills and paying bills is on the welcome page for new customers (Thai page)
8.If installation is not possible, and cancellation
- If the technician surveys the site and installation turns out not to be possible, for any reason, any amount already paid is refunded in full at no cost to the customer.
- Cancelling the service must be done at an AIS Shop, returning the equipment at the same time. Cancelling before the contract ends (12 or 24 billing cycles depending on the package) means the provider reclaims the installation and external cabling discount in proportion to the unused part of the term.
- The package cannot be changed to a lower speed during the contract term.
All refund amounts, timeframes and procedures follow the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.
9.Limitation of liability of this website
This website exists to provide information, to give advice and to coordinate applications for 3BB and AIS Fibre home internet. It is not an official 3BB or AIS website. The network service and the conditions of use follow the terms set by the provider.
- Internet speed, signal quality, stability and service level standards (SLA) are the responsibility of the network provider. The speed you actually get depends on the end device, the distance and the usage environment.
- Prices and promotions on this website are correct as at the date of publication. The binding price and conditions are the ones the team confirms in the chat before you apply, and the ones stated in the contract with the provider.
- For problems after installation, contact 3BB customer service on 1530 (24 hours a day) or the AIS Call Center on 1175. The 3bbth.com team is glad to help coordinate through LINE Official @3bbth.
Every charge listed on this page is paid through the provider own process, for example paid to the technician on installation day. 3bbth.com has no online payment system and never asks you to transfer a deposit or reservation fee to a personal account before installation. If someone claiming to represent this website asks for a transfer, stop and check with the team on LINE Official @3bbth
